Today, the “Trout Cycle of Góis – Monteira Park” welcomed 25 preschool children from Centro Social Rocha Barros and the Férias em Crescimento – Easter Holiday Programme (ATL). The children had the opportunity to explore the four main themes of the exhibition: The Water Cycle, Ceira Valley, Mankind and the River, and The Trout Life Cycle.
In addition to watching the videos, the children tried the interactive games and virtual reality headsets, observed brown trout in the outdoor tanks, and viewed juvenile trout (alevins) in the hatchery.
At the end of the visit, the young visitors participated in educational activities, including the fishing game located in the outdoor area of the municipal facility.
